At TherapyHelps, we strive to ensure you have a seamless experience. We understand that plans change, and we have established the following policy to handle cancellations and refunds fairly.
Cancellation Window
To receive a full refund or a free reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 100% charge to compensate the therapist for the blocked slot.
No-Shows
If a user does not join the session within the first 15 minutes, the session is considered a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.
Therapist No-Show
If a therapist is unable to attend, the user is entitled to a 100% refund or an immediate priority reschedule.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
