Before a profile is published
TherapyHelps collects a professional's stated qualifications, role, areas of practice, experience, and registration information where applicable. Publication is subject to an approval workflow; a profile is not a statement that every title or registration is applicable in every jurisdiction.
What a public profile should show
- The professional's name and an accurate public title.
- Relevant qualifications, experience, focus areas, and languages.
- Registration information only where it is applicable and consented to.
- The verification status and date when that information is available.
Limits of verification
Verification supports safer matching; it is not a guarantee of clinical outcomes or a substitute for a person deciding whether a professional is right for their needs. Clients can ask questions about qualifications, scope, and approach before continuing with care.
Report a concern
If a public profile appears inaccurate, contact [email protected] with the profile link and a description of the concern. Clinical Operations owns this process and reviews verification records periodically.
