3. Microsoft Clarity Analytics and Session Recordings
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service provided by Microsoft, on our public production website. Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site and identify usability or technical issues. It may collect information about page visits, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, device and browser characteristics, session timing, diagnostic events, cookies, and visual session recordings of site interactions.
We use Clarity for analytics, service improvement, and troubleshooting. Our custom Clarity events use fixed, non-identifying labels to measure product journeys (for example, navigation and booking progress). We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, account or appointment identifiers, payment information, contact-form contents, assessment answers, or clinical information in those custom events.
We only enable Clarity after you accept analytics cookies through our cookie preference controls. You may change this choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer. Declining analytics does not affect access to essential website features.
Microsoft processes information collected through Clarity in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity uses masking controls intended to limit collection of sensitive content; however, you should avoid entering sensitive information outside the secure, intended fields of our services.
4. Device Storage for Assessment Progress
To allow you to resume an unfinished assessment or wellbeing check-in, we may temporarily store your progress and responses in your browser's local storage on the device you use. This information remains on that device until it is submitted, cleared by the application, or removed through your browser settings. If you use a shared device, you should avoid saving sensitive information and clear browser data when you finish.
