1. Methods of Delivery
Depending on the preference selected at the time of booking, sessions may be conducted via:
- Video/Audio Call: Secure, encrypted video connections provided through our platform or a designated third-party integrated service (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom).
- Chat/Messaging: Asynchronous or real-time messaging through our secure portal.
- In-Person: At the therapist's physical clinic location (if offered and selected).
2. Timeline
- Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate email confirmation with your booking details.
- Session Access: For virtual sessions, the link to join will be available in your dashboard and emailed to you approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Service Fulfillment: The service is considered delivered once the scheduled session time has elapsed.
3. Technical Requirements
For virtual sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device with a working camera and microphone. If a technical failure occurs on the therapist's or platform's end, we will reschedule the session at no cost.
