What the guarantee includes
If your first completed therapy session doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can ask for one supported rematch within 24 hours after it ends. If our care team approves it and assigns a different therapist, you get one session credit for a replacement 75-minute session with that new therapist, at no additional fee.
Who is eligible
- You have completed your first paid therapy session through TherapyHelps.
- You request the Fit Guarantee within 24 hours after that session ends.
- This is your first Fit Guarantee rematch for this care journey.
- The session credit is for a session with the new therapist assigned through the TherapyHelps rematch process.
How it works
- Tell our care team within 24 hours after your first session ends that the match didn’t feel right.
- We look at your feedback, needs, preferences and therapist availability.
- We match you with a different therapist.
- Once your new match is ready, use your Fit Guarantee session credit to book a 75-minute session from your TherapyHelps care journey.
What is not included
The Fit Guarantee covers one supported rematch and one session credit for a 75-minute replacement session with the new therapist. It can be used once and isn’t a cash refund. It doesn’t cover missed sessions, and the usual cancellation, rescheduling and no-show rules apply to the replacement session.
